Doesn't matter how they fit...I hate wearing bras & have more important things to spend my money on than lingerie....I have other fun things in my life & comfort working on my farm is highest priority.
LL: strange, canned coconut milk like canned butter? What's it sweetened or unsweetened coconut milk? I usually buy it in the deli in a carton. Not sure about the canned though I did buy one once can't remember what it was like.
Personally I would start calculating from your highest weight. That amount counts as part of your weight loss IMO....& is part of your accomplishment....I might lognitnas before log started just as a point of information later but think it helps with encouragement as that amount is quite an accomplishment to kick start your logging information.
Like I said before...weeks with no loss are ok...especially around holidays. Small gain isn't critical & back on track will take care of that.
Dark chocolate is actually healthy for us & good for depression. not the milk chocolate though. Fattening, I've been using whole milk & heavy cream for baking & cooking lately...starting to see the consequences....not good but tastes soooo good....going to have to start being more careful. Several expensive imported wool skirts I had made smaller after anorexia recovery are no longer fitting

even though no longer winter...that was a bad sign.
