So I have a question...Take a look at my signature. Does it make sense?
The problem I am having is that even though I am on week 2 of dieting and lost 3.8 pounds...a month ago I was 206 pounds and lost 14.6 pounds since then. The problem is I don't know the exact day I weighed myself to be 206 pounds. I know it was about a month ago. Should my signature reflect the total pounds lost and start at week 4 or should I track from the time I've been dieting (which is week 2)?
