I think your signature makes sense as is. Your highest weight is interesting. Just pick a date close to what you think it was. It will be okay. Maybe just make it March 1, 2016. I think just track as best as you can to now. I think total pounds lost because even though you weren't consciously dieting you started to lose weight so something positive was happening, so why not acknowledge it?

I track by measurements, not pounds. I think it is more accurate because with water weight and hormone levels weight fluctuates.
