So you need a weigh in day once a week, then you would have to change your signature. Most people I follow on YouTube weigh-in on Sunday night and report pounds lost and present weight on Monday. It is mainly for you because from week to week other people don't really care that much. People are more interested in general numbers...like how much did you lose in six months or a year. Just my opinion.
