Never worry too much about things being or not being socially acceptable (I just read it in your signature). I have schizomania/bipolar and we can be a lot worse: (sometimes still or always) knowing things are socially "unacceptable" but still continuing being so, because what we have to say or do is so important. People should be more accepting of differences. Actually, textual Internet communication services such as these kinda level the social playing field because of information needed to know how your actions affect others is lost: we are all in the same boat and still we manage.

I hope the better, more attuned, treatment will help you to feel more confident in social settings and what I wrote is somewhat helpful.

Like, a lot of test. The Conners test I think was the name of one. I did some of the Wisp 5. Not sure what else. There was a lot though. Tests memory, math, reading, writing, processing speed, attention, concentration... She did one specifically for ASD. That was the most awkward one for me. I kept doing my anxious stim (playing with things on my clothing) and she noticed it too. I felt really uncomfortable.

And thanks. It was insightful.
