Today I had a very yummy smoothie for breakfast and lunch. I mixed in a can of vanilla protein shake with 35g of protein. It was better than I thought it'd be. I had a banana, strawberries, and frozen fruit. Mmmmm. I didn't feel like having a full meal, it was already late when I made myself the smoothie and it was late enough where it could be lunch and not so sure what/how to eat so I went with a smoothie.
I had a very good workout today. 30 min treadmill, 5 min peddler, set of 100 ab and hip machines. I feel like going back after all that!
