Cooking at least once a week sounds like a good idea. Maybe your son might even decide to try some of it. You could even involve him a little bit. Sometimes kids are more willing to try a dish if they help prepare it.

Yes, he loves cooking with me. He's getting better at trying different things so I think I'll be able to get him to at least try it.
