Looking For New Housemate

Must be:
<ul type="square"> Able bodied GWM (but not a "squishy"), have large car or mini van
be emotionally and physically strong
be knowledgeable in gardening and enjoy time doing it
be handy with tools and minor repairs around the house
(be willing to do them in a timely fashion)
have a sense of style
have a good sense of self
in touch with and recognize own emotions
good communication skills
be fun loving and spontaneous
have a soft heart and not be afraid to use it
be a man of his word
have an open mind to new ideas and thought
know how to argue without getting hurtful
be able to give possitive reinforcement when needed
be able to lovingly accept my three sons and nine grandchildren

Not be turned off by heavy, sometimes sick woman in wheelchair
Not be bothered by cigarrette smoke
Not a drinker
Preferably of the Christian persuation but not a requirement[/list]
