Thanks, that is interesting. I'd thought they might aid in digestion and absorption of protein. It's shameful that there is so much pure BS in the marketing of vitamins and supplements. The FDA doesn't seem to be interested in investigating and regulating these products.
I suppose you may have tried other so-called natural digestive aids like bromelain, papain, and other enzymes found in tropical fruits?
