I wouldn't quit your job. Do you need it to pay bills among other things? If you need to take a break maybe you can take leave but don't quit. I would assume life without job would be way worse unless you are independently wealthy.

You sounded as you can't be older than in your 30s. But I might be wrong. You sound as a young person but then you say " in my age" as you are much older. It's not embarrassing at any age but I could see how it's harder at certain age like if you said you are 75.

I know people who completely switch their careers life styles and geographical location in pretty advanced age. It is not easy of course. But not too late
