You sounded as you can't be older than in your 30s. But I might be wrong. You sound as a young person but then you say " in my age" as you are much older. It's not embarrassing at any age but I could see how it's harder at certain age like if you said you are 75.
I know people who completely switch their careers life styles and geographical location in pretty advanced age. It is not easy of course. But not too late

I'm not wealthy. I need a break but how to get a break without quitting? I used my vacations already, and I need a long break anyway.
When I said "in my age" I said it in the context of learning how to socialize. People learn this in their 20s or even before. I've spend my whole life between school/work and home. I just talked to my family basically. Emotionally I'm still not mature. I have very low threshold for frustration. I get upset easily.
