I put some cover-up make up on my nose and cheek bones. Swim glasses protect my eyes.
So the reflexion from the water gives me enough sun.
I never sun myself outside. My mom had 5 skin cancers, thankfully none the real bad kind.
I had a nasty blister that wouldn't heal on my nose two years ago. Now I have some virgin skin from the biopsies. So I always use that cover up.
Since there are lots of reports of vitamin D being good to fight depression, I think it's important.
My regular vitamin has a little vitamin D in it too.
How are you getting enough Vitamin D?
