try reading about schema therapy... not that it would be the best choice for you, i don't know, but it might help you figure out some of your own patterns. i have found the reading quite enlightening and somewhat depressing as i realize the things i do to sabotage myself.
what type of T's were you seeing? It might be a matter of the wrong approach for you as well.
i don't mind talking some... but i find it hard to make my thoughts cohesive.
