This might be an unpopular opinion, but I try hard to stay away from any of the "psychotherapy" sub-forum posts. I get really frustrated by the way some people obsess more about their therapist than about their issues.
I say this because I used to eat that stuff up. I WAS that person, and while it was easy to obsess about, it really messed me up. I spent so much energy thinking about my T than focusing on how we could progress.
