I've noticed that when I am super stressed out I start making weird noises to myself. I'll hum or start making zooming noises or even imagining that I am a lion and can roar. It really does seem weird to me but it's so comforting. Is this something anyone else does? I tried to do a quick google search but it only brings up hypersensitivity to noise not noisemaking to avoid anxiey.
