really trying to eat healthy these days, but I have an addiction to sweets! I like any kind of sweets... candy, cake, ice cream, cookies... I never refuse sweets.
I literally ate ice cream for breakfast this morning. lol. (It was peppermint stick if you're wondering.

Do you have an addiction to sweets? I've heard it's a BP thing! Is that true?
I can't resist sweets, though... no matter how hard I try! What do you do to resist your sweets addiction? Or do you always cave in?
