I found this book about different errors that can be made in therapy and I think a lot of us in here could benefit from reading it. I haven´t read the whole book yet but part of it is available online. It sums up 50 different therapist errors and gives us as clients an opportunity to read about the things that frustrates us and makes us disappointed in many ways and to see that a lot of things really do have to do with the therapists way of acting.
