Have to lay in bed in the dark, lights off, blinds closed, no noise. So boring sometimes all I can do is focus on the pain, but light or noise makes it so much worse. Excedrin Migraine works well if I catch it early enough. Also drink a big glass of water. Avoid triggers. Mine are red wine and too much tomato products.
