Yeah this does sound like it may be BP but you should meet with a Psychiatrist who can do an in-depth interview with you and make a formal diagnosis.

PS: If you are taking antidepressants / mood stabilizers / anti-psychotics you really, really should not be messing around with psychedelics. Mixing them can cause psychotic episodes, seizures, and cardiac problems.
