I don't mean to put a damper on the suggestion, but my experiences were exhausting and not good. Good to hear that others here have had happy success. You just have to go into it being very discerning, which I guess I was not. I am too empathetic, and found myself victimized repeatedly. Thus, my choice to be alone. If you desire a partner, then maybe you'll have success with the dating sites. In the meantime, going to meet-ups and joining groups sounds healthier to me.
