"Family and others" obviously do not know who you are. We are your true family, we know your strength and compassion.

If "others" don't think reaching out for help when needed is a sign of strength then they are idiots.

We are human beings we should be nurturing a society where we bond with one another over helping and compassion not drawing back into ourselves as isolated animals that are supposed to be self sufficient at all times.

Tell them they are WEAK for going to the grocery store instead of growing all of their own food or taking aspirin if they have a headache.
