Endo is no fun at all Unfortunately, I don't really know of any treatments that bring long-term relief.

I had adenomyosis, which is like endo, only it's inside the uterus only. I therefore only required a total hysterectomy to relieve me of misery. I do know people that needed ovaries taken out as well.
