I'm going to agree and say start small. My bathroom was in need of some major cleaning. I was overwhelmed about doing so because I usually do it all at once. So one day I wiped down the sink and counter. Then the next day I cleaned the toilet. The next job is to clean the shower. Then I'll get to cleaning the floor. If there are days in between doing each item, then so be it. That's my method for that so far. Break it all down instead of all at once.
