So, yesterday I did the morning tasks, the Saturday task, and the evening tasks. House is still in need of deep spring cleaning, but the structure of a list, and being able to stop to do something else is so reasonable, that I like it. So, I'm following my list today, and don't feel so overwealmed. Now, my challenges are to just keep the practice up until it is a habit, and to be satisfied with "good enough."

I've seen something like that. Like every fourth day vacuum the living room. Once a week the fridge etc etc. let me know how you make out with that. I think I've seen the schedule on sale at Amazon.
