Hello. For me, it's a genetic thing. My dad got nose bleeds all the time. So did his mom. For me, I use to get nose bleeds everyday until grade 5 or 6 (age 11-12). I get them less and less now. I did have two in the last two months, which is rare, so it may be possible. So maybe there is a link, but not for me. The only thing that happens to me because of stress is severe handwashing. Sorry if this isn't much help.
