One of the reasons that I've descended into hell again was my attempt to "not think about it." Instead of going through grief, I hid it away and the result is this evermore putrifying existence.

I'm pretty angry and hostile at the moment. I don't wish for anyone to end up like me – I didn't question the possible consequences of my actions and instead of questioning how to deal with those consequences I chose not to think about them and now I'm a mass of grief and guilt and can't think of a way to get from my bedroom to my kitchen for water.

Take of the blinders. Hide from reality and you may lose it.
