Roll call - present, but exhausted. Migraines continue. IBS and fibro flares continue. Saw dr - didn't expect much, but it still hurts to have her just shrug at me when my bones are on fire, my head pounding, and the bottom of my vision is changed to orange. (I thought it was important when headaches/migraines change?) My gray cat was orange.... ummm.. she called in a new migraine med - can't remember it.
Anyone heard of or try "Enteragam" prescriptive food for IBS-D? I want to look into it. Dr just shrugged. Started seeing a naturopath clinic (interns) and will start a new supplement Tues.
For fun, I start paint class tonight and drawing class tomorrow. (I have an education award I need to use up before it expires this summer).
