Only one benzo so far. Pins. Nobody else concerned about benzos?.

I've been trying to cut the alprazolam. Very hard to do, even if it's only .75 mg.
I'm solid on .5mg now. Last nght I didn't take any, and I'm dead today.
Didn't sleep much either. Tonight I'll try .25 and see how it goes.
