I hear you and I know what you are saying. I am sorry you are feeling this way. I understand thoughts of SI, but it only causes more pain. I am proud of you for not doing that to you. I can understand that feeling of wanting to run and hide. At times it can be so strong, yet wherever one hides or runs to, you are right there.

I know the tiredness of it all, but hold on dear. You are worth it and we are here to catch you and hold you up should you fall. You are cared about and loved. Keep holding on and reaching.
