I was on vyvanse for months and JUST got taken off of it today and I'm relieved!! An old pdoc had me on 70mg a day but I quickly started abusing it because your tolerance goes up within one day. Not exaggerating! I was a wreck on them. Rage, paranoia, anxiety, and worse of all, major depression when it wore off. So I'd keep taking more and more to avoid the come down, something many stimulant abusers do. Ill just leave it at that but I'd say it's the biggest mistake to give it to person with BP.
