Vyvanse is better than adderall even though adderall is more widely known. Don't abuse Vyvanse. Vyvanse and bipolar don't mix well most of the time. It is possible that you can derive some sort of benefit without the negative consequences from 20 mg a day. I would be cautious about raising the dose. It can be addictive and cause delusions of grandeur. It's definitely not a good idea for patients with psychosis.
