Oh my gosh, I was coming to this forum to post exactly the same thing. I'm also 21 and don't yet have a license. I'm not that bad at driving, but I get so nervous that I'm going to make mistakes, that I end up making more mistakes than I prevent. My parents have pretty much given up on teaching me, because they don't think I'm going to get my license anymore.

I went driving yesterday and had a panic attack in the car. Ugh.

But anyway, what I really wanted to say is that you're not alone in your struggles. I know that's not too reassuring, but misery loves company, right? I know how you feel, and I hope you can get past your fears if possible. It'll be a tough road - one that I'm not so sure I even want to try to take anymore - but I think it is possible, if we do try hard enough.
