I'm on Lithium and I've had little pains here and there, but nothing that is that serious or concentrated in the same place. I think I would talk to my doctor about that. I do also have gastritis, and I don't know if the Lithium caused that or not. But I am about to start taking Lithium XR (extended release), which my psychiatrist says should be easier on my tummy.
