Very good advice. I sometimes wish I had kept my benzo like this. I took it like that at first.

Mine were meant for real emergencies and they were not meant to improve quality of life. But when I realized they did, over time I started taking them more and also got a new doctor that allowed that.

I suddenly could live a kind of normal life instead of just cling onto life. I did it even with the emergency med because I only treated the very, very worst episodes prior. Its VERY seducing to be offered some kind of normalcy and I fell for it, and I'm physically hooked now even if it is "just" a low dosage. In a way it is worth it in a way it terrifies me because something can stop you from getting your meds.
