Hmmm this complicated as sure afects you .I am thinking that you also can have a bad fear inside in you .In your past you had some trauma or a power fear ? Sometimes or in majority of cases anxiety its a results from bad experinecs ,bad habits etc .I would also sugest you to use autosugestion before you sleep and wake up for example i am courajeos and nothing disturb me ,and anxiety dont efect me anymore but its important to put semntiments on your words and to imagine that its real
