-Lose weight (control night eating).
-Remember to smile and compliment people or at least the 'compliment sandwich' to avoid demotivating them, especially my students.
-Think less about bipolar.
-Waste my own time less by doing the right things well, rather than being a perfectionist about stuff that doesn't matter.
-Avoid all or nothing thinking and practice CBT on myself (got a new app called 'moodnotes' that seems pretty cool).
