This man sounds extemely dangerous!
Believe your feelings and your experiences. There are unscrupolous people on that side of the desk, of course there are. You had the sense to get out. There may be others more vulnerable than you, its dangerous, it could do irreparable damage to someone. If you can report him with out truamatising yourself, then wouldn that be the right thing to do .............. wouldnt you think??
