I have quite a few things I would like to change in the coming months and I don't know where to begin.

My list is full of typical goals I've had for forever and haven't been able to change in the past. Or have made really little steps forward in.

Do you think you can change yourself all at once?

I want to take a month and completely overhaul my schedule to match what I wish I was. Like waking up early and going to bed early, working out consistently - the same time each day, cleaning and keeping the house clean on a regular basis. Mostly I just want to be more consistent than I am or have been.

How do you think change works? All at once? In baby steps? Somewhere in the middle of those?

I'm good at making plans to change, but bad at the follow through. Does anyone have any tips or advice on this?
