Figured I'd post a little update thing since this has started happening to me again, haven't slept at night for the past month almost. Seems to be mostly occurring are night however if I don't fall asleep relatively fast when I do try to sleep I start having anxiety again, which makes me worry about the fact that I'm worrying and keeps me awake which makes me worry about my body not getting enough sleep....it's a vicious cycle.

thankfully I'm able to sleep weird hours with my schedule so lately I've been sleeping from between 7 and 9 AM until around 2 or 3pm
