I usually take xanax and this has always worked perfectly for me and all my issues. I have never abused it, i still dont have to take more than a .25 - .5 and im perfect. I dont take them everyday only when i need them.

My friend just gave me some of her kolonpins to see how it would work. I took some yesterday (half of a .5) and today the other half and it has been wonderful. But i have no clue about long term use.
