Shabby? I would give it at least another session.

Unsafe? If I felt unsafe with the neighborhood of anything like that, I personally might not go back. I'm not sure I could get into a good mindspace for therapy and opening up and talking about feelings if the surroundings felt dangerous or unsafe in any way.
