I made it to my support group tonight although very tired. It was crowded tonight so I didn't offer up a topic to talk about... Last week I monopolized the group a bit so this time I was very content to just be there.

When it was over and I was walking back to my car I suddenly got a pang of anxiety about starting the program, and I wished I had brought that up as a topic.

No big deal... It's normal anxiety nothing I can't handle, and maybe it is a healthy anxiety that will take my mind off of my depression this weekend. That is a hope.
