I'd stay away from the molly, were I you.

NO, a hypomanic state doesn't usually precede full manic state - you can get completely manic right off.

I don't know if marijuana itself can trigger mania, but I'm certain that some of the things that are sprayed on it to adulterate can. Because of this toxic possibility, unless you're getting your pot from a medical source you are at risk and there's no such thing as "safe" pot-smoking.
