Risperdal and Abilify are different kinds of medications. Unless you don't want to medicate at all, trying the Abilify might help you without the side effects. You are the only one who can decide whether to add another mood stabilizer to your cocktail. And adding meds in small doses is really the only way to go about it, in my not-so-humble opinion.
