I don't have any more advice. I think that noone here is gonna tell you that your pdoc wants to harm you in any way.
As soon as you have your appointment with your pdoc, try taking a few, deep breathes, and then tell him everything you have to tell him. Tell him everything you told us. It'll be fine.
