Affirm yourself in this time until maybe something changes, that is all you can do...Hopefully there is a support person, find someone if it is just on here to attached yourself too, even if they don't know it it can mean a lot and help with the not alone feeling. Ultimately that is what we suppose to do also so that we won't look for that in people...An important thing I learned along the way in my journey to healing.....If your not quite there, then it might become a topic in your therapies or just a realization.
