I have tried Zoloft, it did have a numbing effect, like negative thoughts still popped in my head, but it wasn't overpowering I didn't really react to them as I would normally.

I did not stay on the meds long though as I felt like a zombie and my memory was terrible. It was like you were defunct of emotion.
