The doctor took the ambien away because I have a high tolerance for it. And the 1mg Klonopin is not helping to ease my distress its just makes me yawn a lot. How should I talk to my psychiatrist about maybe taking stronger medicine. I feel weird asking to see her because I just met her last week. And I also started seeing a therapist last week to.
Any advice is greatly appreciated

I think you should tell her..just what you told us...that all the Klonipin does is make you yawn...and doesn't relieve your anxiety....and see what she says. It is so DIFFICULT now because so many people abuse drugs..that even me at 52 has a hard time talking to the psychiatrist....about me needing something "stronger'.
It may not be even something stronger...it just may be a different type of drug that she gives you. But, just be honest....
