Out there is an other post about me stopping my meds: Been back on for about a week.

But here I sit was a razor in my hand (actually laying on my key board) My body has been in pain and restless since around 4 am, I'm exhausted, Feels like my skin is crawling and my insides are just hammering away. I have this dying ability to rest but can't and now I'm so physically tired. Tried walking it out, tried klonopin and seroquil and hell a few others to try to relaxes with no improvement. I know (think) if I caused just enough of my own pain it might release. Some one tell me why I feel this way???? I don't feel manic or depressed
