Good luck! And congrats on going a day without one. I'm 54 years-old & quit cold turkey two years ago. I'm amazed at how much money I've saved & how much better I feel. That nagging persistent cough is gone & I don't smell like an ashtray anymore. It's odd that once you stop smoking you can smell which people are smokers. Keep up the good work!
