I sleep a lot and stay on the couch watching TV for most of. But I try and force myself to be somewhat social by being around family. Mainly my sister and my nephew. He's six so he's so innocent and has no idea what depression is and can sometimes pull me out of it for a little while. And my sister has another one due in a few weeks. So I use her family as a distraction when I get really desperate.
I've also learned that vitamin D is really important. From staying inside so much from depression, my level was so low, I was pretty much deficient. If you can't get yourself, outside, at least take the vitamins.
